Educational information only

This calculator provides estimates for educational purposes only. Results are based on the assumptions you enter and are not guaranteed, not a forecast, and not personalized financial or investment advice. Actual investment returns vary and may be negative. Consider speaking with a licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions.

Assumptions & methodology

This calculator projects three scenarios — Conservative, Moderate and Growth — using monthly compounding, applying your monthly contribution at the end of each month. The default rates (8%, 12% and 16%) are illustrative starting points, not predictions, and you can edit them.

An optional annual contribution increase lets you model growing your monthly investment each year, for example alongside salary increases.

Example use case

If you can invest PKR 15,000 every month, this calculator shows how the outcome after 10 years could differ meaningfully between a conservative and a growth-oriented return assumption — helping you understand how sensitive long-term outcomes are to the return you actually achieve.

Limitations

  • Scenario labels (Conservative, Moderate, Growth) are illustrative, not guaranteed outcomes.
  • Assumes a constant return within each scenario for the full period, which is unrealistic.
  • Does not account for taxes, inflation, fees or currency effects.
  • Past or assumed returns do not predict actual future performance.
