Why we built AsaasIQ

“Asaas” represents assets and a strong financial foundation. “IQ” represents intelligence, research and informed decisions. AsaasIQ exists because we believe Pakistani investors deserve financial education that's built specifically for this market — not generic global content with local terms swapped in, and not content designed to sell a product.

We started with two things every investor needs before they need anything else: clear explanations of how things work, and tools to run their own numbers. That's why AsaasIQ launched with free calculators and beginner-friendly, source-linked articles rather than live market data or trading features.

The library covers PSX basics, mutual funds, ETFs, Islamic investing and personal finance, alongside four free calculators for compound growth, monthly investing, dividend income and CAGR. Every factual claim is linked to a primary source, and each article shows when it was published and last reviewed.

New guides are added regularly and existing ones are revisited when rates, regulations or market details change. How articles are researched, checked and corrected is set out on the methodology page and in the editorial policy.
